The front desk lady doesn’t one understand much English so communicating with her was hard. To make it worse she was charging the person who left before me wrong and then myself and mother she charged more she doenst know what she is doing she can’t even confirm if the Zelle account was correct. Definitely not going back. They want to charge for everything cut down file color change it’s ridiculous. The Asian lady at the desk was the last straw
